Investment Attraction Industries:

- Binh Tan Industrial Park is planned for industries such as: agricultural and food processing; processing of vegetables, fruits, and fruit-based products; seafood processing; livestock products processing;

- Consumer goods manufacturing, textile and garment industries, handicrafts, electronic assembly industries, packaging industries, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries;

- Mining and construction materials manufacturing industries; warehousing, logistics services, and several other industries with low environmental pollution impact.

Power Supply:

- The total estimated power demand for the industrial park is approximately 59,250 kVA. The plan includes one 110kV/22kV transformer station (with power supplied from the regional grid system) to ensure adequate electricity supply for the industrial park.

- Construction of 12 distribution substations (22/0.4kV) to supply electricity to each land lot.

- The 22kV medium-voltage power grid will be installed overhead on reinforced concrete poles along transportation routes to supply electricity to functional zones within the industrial park, while the street lighting system will be installed underground.

Water Supply:

- Water will be supplied from Binh Minh Water Plant located in Thanh Loi Commune. The total water demand is estimated at approximately 12,000 m³/day.

- The water supply network consists of HDPE pipelines with diameters ranging from D110 to D315. The pipeline system is connected in a closed-loop configuration to ensure safe and continuous water supply in case of incidents. Fire hydrants are arranged along the main water supply system at intervals of 120m to 150m.

Wastewater Drainage:

- The wastewater drainage system is completely separated and independent from the stormwater drainage system.

- The wastewater collection network consists of HDPE pipelines with diameters ranging from D400 to D600.

- Wastewater from factories and enterprises will be collected and centrally treated at a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 7,600 m³/day, located on the eastern side of the industrial park.

- Treated wastewater must meet Class A environmental standards before being discharged into Chan Rit Canal (Rit Canal).

Waste Transfer Station:

- The total estimated waste volume for the entire industrial park is approximately 96.1 tons/day.

- For industrial waste: during operation, enterprises in the industrial park will sign contracts with licensed service providers for collection, transportation, and treatment in accordance with regulations.

- For domestic waste: in the initial phase, waste will be collected and transported to Hoa Phu Solid Waste Treatment Complex in Long Ho District for treatment. In the long term, when a centralized solid waste treatment facility is established in Binh Tan District, waste will be transported there for treatment in accordance with regulations.

Worker Housing: It is planned to develop a resettlement area and worker housing adjacent to the northwestern boundary of the industrial park, covering approximately 32.4 ha. Currently, the task for preparing the detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/500 for the Binh Tan Industrial Park Resettlement Area has been approved and the planning process is underway.
